We are Hogs on Film

The Western European hedgehog (Erinaceus europaeus) is in decline across the UK and is now listed as “Vulnerable to extinction”. But what could we do to help them? Lots goes on in our gardens after dark, usually unseen by sleeping humans. There is food to find, nests to build, mates to meet, and hoglets to rear! Hog-lovers feeding and supporting local populations from their own gardens could give us an insight into all these behaviours and more by providing their video footage and findings. Join us as we watch our hogs on film and contribute to vital research that helps protect this unique species for the future.
